5:00 AM – Pick-up from Your Location

Early morning transfer from your hotel, home or agreed location in Dar es Salaam to the SGR station.

5:30 AM – SGR Boarding

Boarding begins at the station. Our team assists you with your departure and ensures you are ready for the journey.

6:00 AM – SGR Departure

Depart Dar es Salaam by SGR train toward Morogoro.

7:30 AM – Arrive in Morogoro

Upon arrival in Morogoro, meet your safari driver and transfer into your safari vehicle.

Drive toward Mikumi National Park while enjoying your breakfast box along the way.

Morning–Afternoon – Mikumi National Park Game Drive

Enter Mikumi National Park and begin your game drive.

Spend the day exploring the park's wildlife-rich landscapes. Depending on the day and wildlife movements, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, impalas, hippos and a variety of bird species.

Lunch – Inside the Park

Enjoy lunch during your safari day inside or at an appropriate designated location within the park.

5:30 PM – Depart Mikumi

End the game drive and drive back toward Morogoro SGR station.

Evening – SGR to Dar es Salaam

Board the evening SGR train from Morogoro to Dar es Salaam.

Approximately 10:15 PM – Arrive in Dar es Salaam

Upon arrival, meet your transfer driver and travel back to your hotel, home or agreed drop-off location.
