Day 01 :

Dar es Salaam to Amani Nature Reserve

Overnight: Amani area

Depart Dar es Salaam for the East Usambara Mountains, enjoying changing landscapes along the journey. On arrival, check in at your accommodation and take time to rest. If time permits, enjoy a short walk around the surrounding area.

Activities: Scenic road journey, arrival and relaxation.

Day 02 :

Amani Nature Reserve Trekking

Overnight: Amani area

After breakfast, join a local guide for a nature trek through the lush Amani forest landscape. Discover native plants, forest habitats and the biodiversity of the East Usambara Mountains. Enjoy stops for interpretation, birdwatching and photography as conditions allow.

Return to your accommodation for relaxation.

Day 03 :

Community and Cultural Experience — Transfer to Magoroto

Overnight: Magoroto Forest Estate

Later, travel to Magoroto Forest Estate and check in. Spend the evening enjoying the tranquil mountain environment.
