Born in Pugu Hills. Inspired by Tanzania. Built for People and Planet.
Pugu Hills Eco Cultural Tourism began with a simple belief: tourism can be a force for good.
Our journey started in Pugu Hills and Kisarawe, where we saw extraordinary natural and cultural heritage alongside communities with limited economic opportunities. We believed tourism could create opportunities for local people while encouraging travellers to appreciate and protect the places they visit.
Today, our roots remain in Pugu Hills, but our vision reaches across Tanzania. We connect travellers with the country’s forests, wildlife, heritage, food, islands, beaches and communities through authentic, responsible experiences.
We go beyond sightseeing — inviting travellers to meet local people, taste local food, learn traditional skills, hear community stories and experience Tanzania through the people who call it home.
Our roots are in Pugu Hills. Our journey is Tanzania-wide.
